As the year draws to a close, a sense of quiet reflection settles over the vineyard. The vines are dormant, resting for the season ahead, and we find ourselves doing the same—pausing to look back on the incredible journey of 2025. It was a year filled with laughter, discovery, and those perfect, quiet moments that make life so rich. More than just a collection of dates on a calendar, it was a tapestry of stories we had the honor of weaving with you.
We want to raise a glass to you, our cherished community, and celebrate everything we accomplished together. Your enthusiasm and trust are the foundation upon which we build our dreams, and you inspire us to pour our hearts into every single bottle.

A Milestone Year: Celebrating 20 Years of Passion
2025 was a year for the history books, as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. Two decades of winemaking is a monumental achievement, but it represents so much more than just the passage of time. It’s a testament to the community we’ve built, the friendships we’ve forged, and the shared passion for wine that brings us all together.
To mark the occasion, we hosted a series of special events. From intimate wine blending sessions to celebratory dinners, each gathering was a chance to connect and share our love for the craft. A personal highlight was our 20th Anniversary dinner, hosted right in the vineyard under a blanket of stars. The magic of that evening, followed by our annual Taste of Home event the next day, perfectly captured the warmth and spirit of our winery family. Thank you for making these celebrations so memorable.

Expanding Our Roots: New Grower Partnerships
Our winemaking philosophy is driven by a deep sense of curiosity and a relentless pursuit of quality. In 2025, this spirit led us to forge new and exciting relationships with talented growers. We are delighted to have expanded our family of vineyards, most notably with the addition of Anderson Valley’s esteemed Ferrington Vineyard.
This partnership allows us to explore a new terroir and expand the variety of locales featured in our wines. The unique character of the fruit from this region brings a fresh perspective and adds another layer of complexity to our portfolio. We believe that great wine tells a story of its place, and we are thrilled to share this new chapter of our story with you.

A Year of Recognition and Gratitude
While our greatest reward is seeing the joy our wines bring to your table, we are incredibly humbled by the industry recognition we received this year. These accolades are a validation of our team’s tireless dedication and commitment to excellence.
In 2025, our wines earned:
- Over 30 gold medal awards
- 26 scores of 90 points or higher
- 3 best in class awards
These honors belong to you as much as they do to us. Your support challenges us to continually raise the bar and craft wines that are truly worthy of your special moments.
Turning the Page: A Bright Horizon for 2026
As we look toward the new year, the horizon is bright with promise. We are already dreaming up new ways to surprise and delight you, creating more opportunities for connection and discovery. We are excited to give you a sneak peek at what we have in store for 2026.
New Wines to Discover
The cellar is buzzing with anticipation for our upcoming releases. We are especially excited to offer a sneak peek of our 2024 Dundee Cove Pinot Noir. This wine beautifully expresses its unique vineyard site, and we cannot wait for you to experience it.

Unforgettable Travel Experiences
Our adventures will extend beyond the vineyard next year. We invite you to join us for a once-in-a-lifetime river cruise through Paris & Normandy in June. Nick will be along for the journey, contributing his expertise to create an immersive and unforgettable experience blending world-class wine, history, and culture.

Expanded Signature Events
We are also expanding some of our most beloved local events to share the Dutcher Crossing experience with even more of you. We will be participating in both days of the celebrated Passport to Dry Creek Valley event in April. Additionally, we are moving our annual Taste of Home event to the fall, allowing us to celebrate the harvest season with you in a new and exciting way.
Thank you for being such a cherished part of our story. Your friendship and support mean the world to us. We can’t wait to create more unforgettable memories with you in 2026.
With my very best,
Debra Mathy & The Dutcher Crossing Team
